Your personal data contained in the CV will be processed solely for the purpose of conducting the recruitment process for the position you are applying for. We process them for the purpose of:

  • Carrying out other activities related to recruitment, including verifying your CV.

4. Legal Basis for Data Processing

In the event that you consent to the storage of your personal data in our database of candidates for the future (e.g. in order to consider you in other recruitment processes), the legal basis for processing is consent (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a of the GDPR).

We process personal data contained in your CV, including:

  • Phone number,

  • Skills and other data that you decide to provide in the application process.

6. Data Retention Period

Your personal data will be retained for the period necessary to complete the recruitment process. If you consent to their storage in our database in order to consider you for future recruitments, this data will be retained for a maximum of [e.g. 6 months]. After this period, if you are not employed, your data will be deleted or anonymized.

By applying for a job offer, you consent to the processing of your personal data contained in your CV solely for the purpose of recruitment. If you want your data to be stored in our candidate database for the future, please provide separate consent.

11. Protection against spam and abuse

We use Google reCAPTCHA v3 on our website to protect it from spam and abuse. This mechanism analyzes user behavior in the background (e.g., IP address, time spent on the site, mouse movements, cookies) to distinguish humans from bots. This data is transferred to Google LLC, based in the USA. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR), which is ensuring the security and integrity of our website.
